Itching during pregnancy is a common symptom. This is because during pregnancy, the mother experiences significant physical changes. - You should not take a hot shower because it will dry out your skin, make it easily irritated, and make itching worse.
- Wear comfortable clothing that is not too tight and does not rub against the skin to prevent frequent itching.

- Try to stay in a cool room. Being in a hot environment can make itching worse or worse.
